Inner Temple is a virtual, 3-month journey of self-discovery and growth for cyclical beings exploring secure attachment with self and others.

Month 1 / Clearing & harvesting
Month one is all about attachment. In these four lessons, you’ll unpack ancestral trauma + gifts, learn the language of your body, & educate yourself on the insecure attachment strategies & how to re-establish secure attachment with yourself.

Month 2 / Tending to your root
Month two is focused on female nervous system healing. This four-lesson chapter introduces fundamental nervous system education, the female nervous system, cycle embodiment, the physiology of the inner seasons, & somatic practices to support you in each phase of your cycle.

Month 3 / The ecosystem of relationship
Month three is about rewiring from protection to connection in relationships with others. It shares the basics of the nervous system in connection, security in intimate partnership, the somatics of the insecure strategies in relationship, and how to move through rupture and repair with others.
Course structure
This is a three-month virtual program designed for you to learn at your own pace. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the materials upon signing up. Each chapter is designed to last 1 month of the program, with live group meet-ups at the end of each month to integrate the material from that chapter.
